Back from vacations
I am back from the mighty midwest. Being on a plane for many hours gave me a chance to do a little work on hautlinks. Editing of bookmarks is now back and working, and some of the pages have undergone some cleanup. More to come.

A Hautlinks redesign
There has been a redesign at Hautlinks. The entire site is pretty much different. It is by no means finished. I just wanted to update before I went on vacation. There is still a huge todo list that I will start hammering on when I get back. Some features went away, mainly because they are being reimplemented. Don’t worry they will be back soon. I am leaving tomorrow morning for Cleavland and...

Listen to those users
Slowly but surely the site is looking better. Being a small team trying to deploy and move fast is tough work. You end up having to juggle programming, design, marketing, blogging, content writing, and everything else that entails running a startup. New Splash Page
We have a new splash page that includes a tab menu with more information about what Hautlinks does. A lot of the feedback we were getting was questions about  how to use the site, so this along with the video are aimed at fixing that problem.  With each sweep we are making the site simpler and cleaner. Shoot us an email if you have any suggestions.

Automatic Tags, Pagination, and mayonnaise
We have pushed a new release at Hautlinks. This release includes automatic tagging, pagination, and a ton of bug fixes. All of your bookmarks will now be tagged, but the UI for tagging has not been turned on yet. We will be working on getting that up this week. The reason for this is two part.  We want to make sure that automatic tagging is creating good tags. What I mean by good tags is tags that...

Can anyone read German?
Apparently we are being blogged about in Germany. I’ve tried a couple different translators and it seems like they are comparing Hautlinks with some other sites, and then they are either saying they kinda like us or hate us or love us or something. Ok I’m pretty sure they don’t love us. Read about it if you can read German.

Hautlinks is alive.
Hi. This is the official Hautlinks blog. We just launched the site and are expecting lots of feedback from our users. We already have a couple people that have been using the site testing for us giving us feedback. They have given us some great suggestions that we will be implementing this weekend. Anyways more to come.
